Using this site and reporting an access problem
You can use the keyboard and labeled controls to browse information or send a request. If something prevents access, report the page, the control and what you were trying to do. Include the browser or assistive technology if useful, without disclosing private case details.

Move through a page with the keyboard
Use Tab to move between links and controls and Shift+Tab to move back. The Skip to content link moves past the repeated navigation. Use Enter to follow a focused link or activate a question control; open questions show their answers on the same page.
Read the form labels and result
The consultation form asks for Full name, Phone, Email, Vermont county and a general category. It also asks whether a lawyer already represents you for the same matter. Follow the labels and required-field messages rather than placing private case details in unrelated fields.
After attempting a request, read the text message near the submit button. An error message does not confirm delivery. If the form remains unavailable or cannot be completed, do not rely on it to meet a legal deadline.
Describe an accessibility barrier
Choose Privacy, accessibility, or correction request as the form category to identify the request as an access problem. Keep the page address, the affected control, your browser or assistive technology, and the expected and actual result available to explain if the operator contacts you. The initial form does not have a free-text description field.
