Green Mountain Estate Guidance is an independent legal-information and attorney-connection service. It is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys to advise visitors, and does not itself provide legal representation.
Participating counsel
Before a law firm receives a request or provides legal services, it must be identified to the requester. That firm is responsible for its attorney advertising, conflict review, legal consultation, engagement decisions, advice, scope, and fees.
No recommendation or guarantee
The site does not claim to select the best lawyer and does not guarantee acceptance, a consultation, representation, eligibility, savings, asset protection, a court result, or any other outcome.
Compensation
Any commercial relationship with participating counsel should be structured and approved as lawful advertising or defined marketing services—not a division of legal fees, a percentage of a matter, or payment contingent on engagement or outcome.
